The 60 day satisfaction guarantee applies only to first-time retail purchases made directly from the official Rhino Shine website and does not apply to discounted bundles, promotional offers, or third-party purchases. Products must be used strictly in accordance with the instructions provided on the label and must not be applied in unsuitable conditions such as extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or on incompatible surfaces. Products must not be diluted beyond the recommended ratios or used in combination with other brands. All claims must include clear, time-stamped before and after photographs, a video of the full application process showing correct usage, a visible batch code from the original bottle, and a return of the unopened product in its original packaging with the seal intact. Customers must also provide proof of the surface material and surface condition prior to application, including photographs or video footage that clearly shows the area in its original state. Claims will not be accepted where the product has been contaminated, incorrectly stored, or if any part of the packaging has been damaged or tampered with. This guarantee does not cover dissatisfaction based on scent, colour, texture, foaming level, or packaging design. If a claim is approved, store credit will be issued to the value of the product excluding any shipping costs, and Rhino Shine reserves the right to request the return of the product before issuing any credit. All claims are subject to assessment and approval, may take up to 14 working days to process, and Rhino Shine reserves the right to decline any claim that does not meet all of the above criteria. This guarantee is offered as a gesture of goodwill and does not affect your statutory rights.
