Shipping & Returns Policy

Usually all orders are shipped the following working day

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Rhino Shine purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.You may return any unopened and unused product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, with all seals, packaging, and labels intact.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@rhinoshine.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for sending the product back. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for processing once the return has arrived with us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, unless there is a proven fault.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
