1. Company Information. Definition Detailing Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. The company operates under the trading name Rhino Shine. The registered office and company number will be supplied upon request. Any correspondence related to contractual matters should be addressed in writing to the company's registered office.
2. Age Restrictions By accessing and using this website, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years of age. The sale of goods via this website is restricted to persons who are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the applicable laws of England and Wales. Any order placed by an individual under the age of eighteen will be deemed void and of no legal effect.
3. Products and Descriptions All products listed for sale on this website are accompanied by detailed descriptions intended to reflect the characteristics and usage of the product accurately. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of such descriptions, Rhino Shine accepts no liability for errors or omissions. Products must be used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions provided on the label and supporting documentation. Rhino Shine shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from misuse, improper storage, unauthorised alteration, or failure to follow instructions. It remains the customer’s sole responsibility to determine the suitability of any product for its intended use.
4. Ordering and Payment Orders placed through the Rhino Shine website shall constitute an offer to purchase the selected goods. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Upon placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of the order. Acceptance occurs when a dispatch confirmation email is issued. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via one of the accepted payment methods. These currently include credit and debit card, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Rhino Shine reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping and DeliveryRhino Shine delivers exclusively within the United Kingdom. All deliveries are fulfilled using tracked shipping methods to ensure timely and secure delivery of goods. Delivery charges and estimated timescales are presented during the checkout process and form part of the contract at the point of sale. While every effort is made to dispatch orders promptly, Rhino Shine shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or events beyond its control. Title and risk in the goods pass to the customer upon delivery to the specified address.
6. Returns and Refunds You may return any product purchased from Rhino Shine within fourteen calendar days of receipt, provided it remains unopened, unused, and in a condition suitable for resale. This right does not apply to custom-made, personalised, or specially commissioned items, nor does it apply to any products that have been tampered with or used. To initiate a return, you must contact customer service with your order details and reason for return. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, a refund or store credit will be issued in accordance with the original payment method. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer unless the product is proven to be faulty or incorrectly supplied.
7. Faulty or Damaged Goods If any item arrives damaged or is found to be defective within a reasonable period following receipt, you must notify Rhino Shine within forty-eight hours of delivery. Notification should include photographic evidence and a clear explanation of the issue. Rhino Shine reserves the right to request the return of the item for inspection prior to issuing a replacement or store credit. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Trade Customers Trade accounts may be granted to eligible applicants at the discretion of Rhino Shine. Trade customers are subject to the same standard terms as retail customers, with the additional condition that products may not be rebranded, relabelled, or resold in any form without prior written consent. Any unauthorised resale or misrepresentation of Rhino Shine products may result in immediate termination of the trade account and legal action where appropriate.
9. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights in the content of this website, including but not limited to trademarks, product names, images, logos, copy, designs, layout, and proprietary formulations, remain the sole property of Definition Detailing Ltd. Any reproduction, adaptation, distribution, or commercial use without express prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Breach of this clause may result in civil or criminal liability.
10. Liability and Disclaimer Rhino Shine shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or misuse of its products, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or loss of business. All products are supplied with application instructions, and it is the responsibility of the user to ensure they are followed precisely. No warranty, express or implied, is given as to the suitability of a product for a specific application unless expressly stated in writing by an authorised representative. Customers are advised to conduct a patch test on an inconspicuous area before full application.
11. Privacy and Data Protection Rhino Shine is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data provided through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with applicable data protection legislation. Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of processing your order, communicating with you regarding your purchase, and fulfilling legal obligations. We do not store your card details nor do we sell or disclose your data to third parties unless required for order fulfilment or by law.
12. Governing Law These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
