Rhino Shine Leather Cleaner is a professional-grade foaming formula developed for detailers and enthusiasts who expect precision, safety, and performance. Designed for use on modern automotive leather, this pH-balanced solution removes ingrained dirt, body oils, and surface contaminants without compromising the protective coatings found on most vehicle interiors. Unlike typical leather cleaners that rely on artificial glossing agents or oily residues, this product delivers a clean, dry finish that restores and preserves the leather’s original factory matte appearance.
The formulation produces a dense, stable foam that clings to the surface, allowing for controlled application and effective agitation without oversaturation. This makes it ideal for both everyday maintenance and deep cleaning tasks. Whether you are working on contemporary coated leather, lightly worn upholstery, or classic interior trims, the product is safe, effective, and completely free from unnecessary additives. It is lightly fragranced for a refined, clean scent and leaves no sticky or glossy residue behind. It simply removes what should not be there and leaves the leather looking and feeling clean, fresh, and correct.
Each 500ml bottle comes ready to use and is supplied with a high-quality trigger spray head for precise coverage and minimal waste. For professional use or high-volume environments, the product is available in 5-litre and larger formats as a concentrate. When diluted at twenty to one, the cleaning power remains highly effective while delivering exceptional value for trade users and regular detailers.
This is not a product designed to impress with gloss or gimmicks. It is built to perform with scientific precision, offering a safe and reliable solution for anyone who takes leather care seriously. Every element of this formula has been tested in real-world conditions by working professionals. The result is a cleaner that does exactly what it claims to do, without shortcuts, compromises, or artificial enhancement. It is leather care done properly, made in the United Kingdom, and trusted by those who know the difference.
Before starting, ensure the leather surface is cool to the touch and out of direct sunlight. Shake the bottle well before use.
If using the 500ml ready-to-use version, no dilution is required. This format is pre-mixed for immediate application and is supplied with a high-quality trigger spray head for controlled delivery. If using the concentrated version in 5-litre or larger sizes, dilute the product at a ratio of twenty parts water to one part concentrate. For example, mix 50 millilitres of concentrate with 950 millilitres of clean water to create one litre of ready-to-use cleaner. Always dilute using cold or room temperature water and mix thoroughly before use.
Begin by applying the cleaner directly onto a soft leather brush, a clean microfibre cloth, or the leather surface itself, depending on your preference and the condition of the area being cleaned. Work the product into the material using light to moderate pressure. Agitate the surface gently to generate foam and lift embedded dirt from the grain.
Avoid over-saturating the surface, particularly on older or more delicate leather. The foaming action is designed to help the product dwell and break down contamination without excessive liquid contact. Once the area has been cleaned, wipe away the foam and any lifted dirt using a dry, clean microfibre towel.
For heavily soiled areas, a second application may be necessary. Repeat the process as required, and always finish by ensuring all residues are fully removed from the surface.
This product is suitable for use on coated and semi-aniline automotive leather. It is not recommended for uncoated aniline leather, suede, or nubuck. If you are unsure of the leather type, test in an inconspicuous area or consult a professional before full application.
After cleaning, allow the leather to dry naturally. The surface will be left clean, lightly fragranced, and with its original factory matte finish fully restored.
Rhino Shine Leather Cleaner is suitable for use on most automotive leather surfaces, including modern coated leather, semi-aniline leather, and synthetic leather materials commonly found in vehicle interiors. It is safe for use on seats, steering wheels, dashboards, door cards, and other leather-trimmed areas when applied as directed.
The formula has been carefully balanced to clean effectively without disrupting the finish, making it ideal for both luxury vehicles and daily drivers. It is also suitable for use on classic and restored interiors where the leather is coated or sealed.
This product should not be used on suede, nubuck, or uncoated aniline leather. These materials require specialist treatment and are sensitive to moisture and surfactants. If there is any uncertainty about the leather type, test in an inconspicuous area before full application or consult a professional.
We started Rhino Shine because we were tired of weak, watered-down products with fancy labels and no backbone. Every formula we sell is used in our own detailing vans day in, day out. If it doesn’t work in the field, it doesn’t make it into the bottle. Simple as that.
We don’t outsource quality. All Rhino Shine products are developed, manufactured, and bottled right here in the UK. That means tighter quality control, faster turnaround times, and the kind of consistency you can build a business on.
